Ember Brand Fire prides itself on being the world’s first gathering agency. While they excel at spearheading the logistics and coordination of creating unique events, their main strength lies in crafting experiences that all attendees will remember for years to come. An important component of both their live and virtual events is custom-tailored media creation. From speaker bumpers to event recap videos, quarterly virtual town halls to commercials, we’ve partnered with Ember on a wide range of project types over the years.

End Client:

NAMIC, the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies, is a pivotal organization in the insurance sector, representing the interests of mutual insurance companies across the United States. The association is dedicated to fostering a stable and innovative insurance marketplace, offering its members education, policy development, and community-building initiatives.

About the Project

This ambitious project for NAMIC’s Annual Convention featured over 30 deliverables, including both pre-event and on-site content. All the videos were proudly showcased to a captive audience on a brilliant 50-foot screen. Our collaboration with Ember began five months prior to the event, and extended to include the convention itself with an editor from our team joining the Ember crew on-site in Washington D.C.

The deliverables were created using a mix of custom-filmed footage, pre-existing videos, stock footage, and custom motion graphics. By incorporating the event’s branding and adding a color-graded polish to all the videos, we were able to ensure the pieces all felt unified and kept attendees immersed within the scene of the Annual Convention.

While on-site at the convention, our editor efficiently handled real-time edits and worked closely with a dedicated videographer to produce rapid-turnaround recap videos and additional impromptu edits. All deliverables were submitted comfortably before they were due with the fewest revisions the Ember team had ever received from NAMIC.

When deciding to revamp an annual large scale media project for one of our biggest clients, it was an easy choice to see if Archaius was up for the task. They ended up taking on 90% of our media needs, including coming onsite to fulfill that role for us as well. This project spans many months of the year and includes over 30 different deliverables, including quick turn wrap videos that need to be fulfilled onsite. Archaius was a true partner in coming alongside, keeping assets & deadlines organized, and ensuring a cohesive look was weaved throughout the entire 4-day event. We have invited them back to this project again this year, and look forward to elevating the media and storytelling even further!
