Venturing into an unfamiliar space of post-production, they sought our expertise to bridge the knowledge gap, eager to offer the highest quality possible to their end client, evolvedMD, which is an innovative behavioral health service.

End Client:

evolvedMD leads the integration of behavioral health services in modern primary care by embedding behavioral health specialists and support mechanisms into one collaborative primary care team. They have taken an innovative approach to behavioral health, designed around helping primary care providers meet their behavioral health needs with fewer management and staffing challenges.

About the Project

evolvedMD collaborated with Ivio Agency to craft an exceptional internal video. Our early involvement facilitated valuable insight into budgeting, ensuring the project remained cost-effective. 

Ivio's preliminary script was enhanced with our suggestions on capturing effective b-roll content and creating a fluid storyline. This collaboration not only ensured a compelling narrative but also resulted in prudent spending–preventing any budgetary excesses. By effectively utilizing the budget during the pre-production phase, we were able to allocate additional resources to enhance the final product. This strategic reallocation allowed for the inclusion of motion graphics, sourcing superior b-rolls, and selecting the perfect musical backdrop, elevating the overall quality of the video.
